Your bamboo toothbrushes can be used for just as long as plastic toothbrushes.

Biodegradable and anti-bacterial bamboo handle with soft nylon charcoal fibre bristles. 

Wet toothbrush bristles and dip into our toothpaste powder or use a pea-sized amount of your favorite toothpaste. Place your bristles at a 45 degree angle into the gum line and gently brush in small circles along all surfaces of the teeth. Angle brush vertically for the back-side of your front teeth. Replace your toothbrush every 3 months or when the bristles begin to fray. And don't forget to visit your dentist for maintenance cleanings.
