We are hiring a warm, reliable, customer-focused Part-Time Sales Associate to support our storefront on weekends and during busy periods/events. This role is perfect for someone who likes working independently, enjoys helping people, values sustainability, and takes pride in creating a beautiful and welcoming customer experience.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist customers with warmth and professionalism
  • Provide thoughtful customer service and product education
  • Support refills and point-of-sale transactions

Community Sales + Growth Manager

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive, organized, and community-oriented Community Sales + Growth Manager to help grow our business beyond the four walls of the store. This role is responsible for driving revenue through farmers markets, local partnerships, events, B2B and wholesale outreach, and ecommerce support.

This is a great fit for someone who is entrepreneurial, personable, self-motivated, and excited about helping a values-driven retail brand grow through strong community presence and thoughtful sales efforts.

Responsibilities
  • Manage farmers market operations, including setup, breakdown, merchandising, sales, and customer engagement
  • Represent the brand professionally and warmly at farmers markets, pop-ups, and community events
  • Build and maintain B2B and wholesale relationships with local businesses and aligned partners
  • Conduct outreach to potential wholesale and community partners
  • Follow up on leads, reorder requests, and account opportunities
  • Support ecommerce growth through website updates, product merchandising, and promotional execution
  • Coordinate with the Store Manager on inventory needs for farmers markets, wholesale accounts, and online sales
  • Identify local partnership opportunities that increase visibility and sales
  • Track performance across growth channels and share insights with ownership
  • Support seasonal campaigns, launches, and community-facing promotions
Qualifications
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
  • Organized, dependable, and detail-oriented
  • Confident in a customer-facing sales role
  • Comfortable with outreach, follow-up, and community networking

About the Role

We are looking for a dependable, organized, and leadership-minded Store Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our sustainable retail store. This person will be responsible for storefront sales performance, staffing, scheduling, inventory management, merchandising, and maintaining a beautiful and welcoming in-store experience.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys retail operations, team leadership, customer experience, and creating a polished, efficient store environment. The role will start August 1.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily storefront operations
  • Manage staffing, scheduling, and team accountability
  • Support strong in-store sales performance and customer service
  • Manage inventory, stock levels, product reordering, and restocking systems
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation
  • Train and support team members
  • Ensure store cleanliness, organization, and operational standards
  • Execute in-store promotions and seasonal merchandising updates
  • Communicate store needs, challenges, and opportunities to ownership
  • Support accurate inventory coordination for online and off-site sales as needed
Qualifications

Contract Social Media Manager

Compensation

$20/hour ($400/month average)

About the Role

We are looking for a creative and reliable Contract Social Media Manager to support our brand’s online presence through consistent, thoughtful content. This role will focus on content creation, scheduling, social posting, and promotion of products, events, and seasonal campaigns.

This is an execution-focused role best suited for someone with a strong visual eye, good writing skills, and experience creating content for Instagram and similar platforms. Must be local to Reno, Nevada.

Responsibilities
  • Create and schedule social media content
  • Develop posts, stories, reels, and captions aligned with brand voice
  • Promote events, products, and seasonal campaigns
  • Coordinate content needs with the owner, Store Manager, and Community Sales + Growth Manager
  • Maintain a consistent online presence and aesthetic
  • Support content planning and simple campaign rollouts
  • Monitor engagement and flag relevant customer questions or opportunities
Qualifications
  • Experience managing social media for a brand or business
  • Strong eye for visuals and brand consistency
  • Comfortable with Canva and basic content editing
  • Strong writing and communication skills
  • Organized and able to work independently
  • Interest in sustainability, wellness, and elevated lifestyle branding is a plus
